New life has entered into the old house. The venerable walls tell stories, and the patina brings the past to life. The new offers all the comforts. A medieval watchtower from the 16th century, nestled between Umbria and Tuscany, once transformed into a noble residence for country living. Later, a farmhouse, and then forgotten.
Like a fortress, stone by stone, expanded, altered, the traces of time are visible. Carefully and ecologically modernized, restored, caressed and upgraded, we want only the best for it.

the location
Perched on a hill dedicated to the sacred San Litardo, high above the Val di Chiana, with Lake Trasimeno at its feet, the green hills of Umbria behind it and the foothills of the Apennines in the distance. Vast views!
Nestled in green meadows and olive groves, with vineyards not far away. Close by is Città della Pieve, the medieval gem, built from brick up to the church spires. Chiusi, the legendary Etruscan city on the opposite hill, waves in the distance.
